A: Gift cards can be redeemed at any Meow Wolf location point of sale. This includes our box offices, gift shops, cafes, and online ticketing system. It does not include food trucks, vending machines, or third-party resellers.
Q: How do I check my gift card balance?
A: Visit meow.wf/check-balance to view the current balance. You can also bring your gift card to any Meow Wolf box office or gift shop where an employee can check your balance.
Q: Can I reload a card/add to the balance of a gift card I have already purchased?
A: Yes! You can add funds to an existing gift card by visiting a Meow Wolf box office, gift shop, or online at meow.wf/check-balance.
Q: Will buying a Meow Wolf gift card for a friend/family member make me the coolest person in the friend or family group?
A: Definitely, yes.
Q: Can I buy a physical gift card online?
A: Not quite yet! We're working on this feature and hope to be able to mail physical gift cards soon. In the meantime, you can buy a physical gift card at any Meow Wolf location. You can also buy a digital gift card online.
Q: Does this gift card exist in multiple realities?
